What else can the Entertainment Software Assocation Rate?

Your mom, that's what.

Note that there's an interesting story behind this shirt. The company/website T-Shirt Hell was selling the shirt and some gaming blogs, like Bits & Bytes & Pixels & Sprites, kotaku, and Destructoid posted entries about it. The Entertainment Software Association (ESA), which control the Entertainment Software Review Board (ESRB) that determines ratings for games in the United States sent letters to these sites, demanding they take down the posting and the pictures of the shirt because it constitutes an advertisement for the shirt which tarnishes and dilutes the ESA's logo. Note that alll of these sites claim their posts were merely reporting/editorializing on the shirt (which given their other content is probably correct). I wonder if MKZ will also get a cease and desist letter?
